Every project starts with a free 30-minute video consultation. When your project calls for a site visit, on-site estimates start at $199 and are credited in full toward your project.
The video call is where we learn your project and tell you what it needs. The on-site visit is the working session where we measure, assess, and scope it so the numbers are real. Every on-site fee is credited back toward your job.
30 minutes by video. We’ll walk through your project, answer your questions, and tell you whether an on-site visit is needed and what it will cost. No obligation.
Book Free Video ConsultationFor repairs, single-scope work, and standard residential estimates. Covers the site visit, measurements, and your written estimate — credited in full toward your project.
Book On-Site Assessment — $199For multi-trade, commercial, and design-driven projects. Covers the full site assessment, field measurements, design direction, and coordination of specialty trades. Larger projects may need additional design time — we quote it and get your approval first. Credited toward your project.
Book Design & Consultation — from $500Choose a day and time that works for you. You’ll get a confirmation with the video link right away.
A serious estimate on a real project takes real work — measurements, condition assessment, and often coordinating multiple trades before a single number reaches you. The fee keeps our pricing accurate and our schedule reserved for clients who are ready to build. And it’s credited right back into your project.
